A&F - Tom Welling
Standing half naked with a big red "S" painted on you six-pack, is one way to get attention in Hollywood ! But for Tom Welling it all started in a Nantucket's local bar. He was approached by an Abercrombie and Fitch scout working for Bruce Weber. Et voila ! A few months later, his photos were published in 1997 Abercrombie & Fitch Christmas Quarterly. It was the start of his modeling career. Originally from NY, he headed west to Los Angeles in 2000 to start an acting career. He had no formal training and didn't intend to take lessons (he thought it looked easy). He turned down the role of Clark kent in "Smallville" twice before accepting it. Should I say that he got married in July 2002 with "Jamie White" at Martha's Vineyard !?! .... But if you prefer to think that he's still single and seeking for a nice guy, who will understand that being an actor is not an easy life, You can :-)
